Where does the data come from?
Two real feeds behind the FX tools: a 7-pair batch every 30 minutes, and a daily batch covering roughly 150 more currencies. Central bank policy rates refresh weekly from their own published source. Nothing here is scraped or estimated.
How often does each tool update?
It varies by tool, not one site-wide clock: Currency Strength/Heatmap/Converter mix a 30-minute layer with a daily layer depending on the currency; Session Clock ticks live in your own browser; Central Bank Rates refreshes weekly. Each tool's own page states its real cadence.
